Folks,

I have a Blackberry but I don't have it connected to the internet for precisely this reason; actually I'm too lazy to sync the blasted thing with my emails etc.

Until recently, I was a normal mobile phone user and happily so.

But losing my humble phone on a recent business trip recently, made me switch to a Blackberry.

Truth be told, I hate the Blackberry. It is too big to fit nicely into my palm and the keys are not big enough to make typing easy.

I just want a simple mobile phone. Emails and other internet-enabled application be damned!

I read somewhere that nearly 90% of mobile phone users do not use all the functions of their phone. I basically want a phone that rings when someone calls me. allows them to leave a message if I don't answer, lets me call them back and does text messaging to/fro my children.

You're not alone, my friend. I've not yet met anyone who praises a Blackberry. As for accessing the internet......get outta here! Only the filthy rich can afford such extravagances, and for what reason, I ask?

Simplicity, yes!!
